This policy outlines the RETURN and REFUND process for all services offered under WE DO 4 YOU, including its sub-divisions: WE BUY 4 YOU, WE BOOK 4 YOU, and WE SWIPE 4 YOU.
1. 🔁 GENERAL POLICY
All SERVICES are rendered on a CLIENT’S REQUEST & INSTRUCTION BASIS.
Once the SERVICE is PROCESSED, BOOKED, OR ORDERED, it is considered FINAL & NON-CANCELLABLE.
LET’S EYL acts only as a SERVICE FACILITATOR and has NO DIRECT CONTROL over the policies of third-party platforms/vendors.
2. 📦 RETURN POLICY (FOR PRODUCTS) – WE BUY 4 YOU.
If the purchased product is ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN on the ORIGINAL PLATFORM (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), we will assist in INITIATING THE RETURN PROCESS but final decision always depends on the ORIGINAL PLATFORM.
UNBOXING VIDEO and CLEAR PRODUCT IMAGES are MANDATORY for any return support.
The PRODUCT must meet the SELLER’S RETURN CONDITIONS, such as being unused, intact, and within the return window.
Any REFUND will be processed AFTER THE RETURN IS APPROVED by the original seller/platform.
SERVICE CHARGES collected by Let’s EYL will NOT BE REFUNDED under any circumstance.
3. 🧾 TICKET & BOOKING POLICY – WE BOOK 4 YOU
All BOOKINGS (Flights, Trains, Hotels, etc.) are subject to the CANCELLATION & REFUND RULES of the respective PLATFORM or SERVICE PROVIDER.
If the platform permits cancellation, we will INITIATE IT ON YOUR BEHALF, but any amount refunded will be AFTER DEDUCTION of the platform’s charges.
Let’s EYL’s SERVICE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE, even in the case of cancellation.
4. 💳 PAYMENT POLICY – WE SWIPE 4 YOU
Once an OFFLINE PAYMENT is PROCESSED or SWIPED on your behalf, it is NON-REVERSIBLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
Let’s EYL is NOT LIABLE for the actions of the offline vendor/merchant or for any post-payment disputes.
No returns or refunds are applicable by Let's EYL under this service once the transaction is complete.
5. 💼 ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
Refunds will ONLY be considered if:
The ORDER was NOT PLACED due to an internal failure.
You cancel the order BEFORE WE BEGIN PROCESSING, and only after approval from Let’s EYL.
In such cases, a PARTIAL REFUND (excluding service charges) will be issued within 7–10 WORKING DAYS to your original payment method.
6. 🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
You change your mind after the order is placed.
You provide incorrect or incomplete information.
Delivery issues are caused by third-party logistics or platforms.
The product was opened or no unboxing proof ( Photographs + Videos ) are provided.
The issue is related to brand warranty, repair, or service – which must be handled with the brand.
