Welcome to LET’S EYL. By using any service under the WE DO 4 YOU division — including WE BUY 4 YOU, WE BOOK 4 YOU, and WE SWIPE 4 YOU — you AGREE to comply with and be BOUND by the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please read these carefully before availing of any service.

2. 🔹 SERVICE OVERVIEW

WE DO 4 YOU provides DIGITAL ASSISTANCE and EXECUTION SERVICES such as:

  • WE BUY 4 YOU: We purchase products on behalf of customers to avail the BEST DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS.

  • WE BOOK 4 YOU: We handle TICKET BOOKINGS, hotel reservations, and related online services.

  • WE SWIPE 4 YOU: We make PAYMENTS ON BEHALF of customers to unlock CARD-BASED DISCOUNTS, CASHBACKS, or OFFERS.

All transactions are made using OUR OWN ACCOUNTS, ensuring customers receive the MAXIMUM BENEFIT POSSIBLE from ongoing platform offers.

3. 🔹 ELIGIBILITY

  • The customer must be 16 YEARS OR ABOVE to use our services.

  • Product details shared must be ACCURATE, COMPLETE, AND VERIFIED before proceeding.

  • Services are available ONLY FOR AUTHORIZED AND ELIGIBLE PLATFORMS such as AMAZON, FLIPKART, MYNTRA, IRCTC, etc.

4. 🔹 ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Orders are confirmed via OFFICIAL LET’S EYL CHANNELS, such as WhatsApp or our official website.

  • Once confirmed, an order CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR CANCELLED unless explicitly stated by the LET’S EYL team.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all ORDER DETAILS, LINKS, AND PRODUCT INFORMATION before confirming.

5. 🔹 PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments are ADVANCE AND MANDATORY before processing any order or booking.

  • Payments can be made via APPROVED DIGITAL METHODS such as DEBIT CARDs, UPI, NET BANKING & in some conditions CASH.

  • Payment proofs may be required for verification purposes.

  • LET’S EYL is NOT LIABLE for any BANK DELAYS, GATEWAY FAILURES, OR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT ISSUES.

6. 🔹 DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Once the SERVICE is FULFILLED (PRODUCT ORDERED, TICKET BOOKED, OR PAYMENT COMPLETED), our RESPONSIBILITY ENDS.

  • Any DELAYS, SHIPPING ISSUES, PLATFORM ERRORS, OR LOGISTIC FAILURES are BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

  • For all PRODUCT DELIVERIES, customers must capture CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEOS AND IMAGES during delivery. These are MANDATORY EVIDENCE to claim any issue such as DAMAGED, MISSING, OR WRONG ITEMS.

  • Without such evidence, LET’S EYL IS NOT LIABLE for any loss or replacement.

  • For BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS, LET’S EYL is not responsible for THIRD-PARTY CANCELLATIONS, SERVICE FAILURES, OR CHANGES initiated by the platform.

7. 🔹 SERVICE CHARGES

  • Each service under WE DO 4 YOU includes a SERVICE CHARGE, which may vary based on product value, platform, or time of request.

  • Service charges are NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ALL CONDITIONS, even if a customer cancels after confirmation.

  • Discounts or cashback benefits received are subject to PLATFORM POLICIES, not LET’S EYL.

8. 🔹 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders once placed and processed CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

  • In case an order is NOT PROCESSED due to a TECHNICAL OR INTERNAL ISSUE at our end, the customer is eligible for a FULL REFUND (EXCLUDING NON-RECOVERABLE PLATFORM CHARGES).

  • LET’S EYL reserves the right to CANCEL OR REJECT ANY ORDER due to ineligibility, fraud suspicion, or technical limitations.

9. 🔹 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

A. RETURN POLICY

  • WE DO 4 YOU acts as a SERVICE MEDIATOR, not a retailer.

  • For PRODUCT RETURNS, customers must directly follow the RETURN POLICY OF THE ORIGINAL PLATFORM (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

  • LET’S EYL assists customers with the return ONLY IF REQUESTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY and with PROPER UNBOXING VIDEO PROOF.

  • If the platform denies the return, LET’S EYL HOLDS NO LIABILITY.

B. REFUND POLICY

  • All payments are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once a service is executed.

  • Refunds are permitted ONLY IF:

    1. The order or booking was NOT PROCESSED due to an INTERNAL ERROR.

    2. The transaction FAILED but the amount was DEDUCTED AND NOT UTILIZED.

  • SERVICE CHARGES will NOT BE REFUNDED under any circumstance.

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 WORKING DAYS to the original payment method.

10. 🔹 CONFIDENTIALITY

All customer details, including ORDER INFORMATION, PAYMENT DETAILS, AND PERSONAL DATA, are treated as STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and are not shared with any third party unless required by law.

11. 🔹 LIABILITY LIMITATION

  • LET’S EYL is not responsible for:

    • Platform-side DELAYS, PRICE CHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS.

    • MISUSE OF COUPONS, CASHBACKS, OR REWARDS caused by a user error or platforms.

    • Any LOSS ARISING AFTER SUCCESSFUL ORDER EXECUTION.

  • LET’S EYL operates as a FACILITATION SERVICE, not a marketplace or seller.

12. 🔹 MODIFICATION OF TERMS

LET’S EYL reserves the right to UPDATE, MODIFY, OR CHANGE any clause of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will always be available on our OFFICIAL WEBSITES
